The Oscor Adelante® Magnum Introducer Set (ASM018030) is a hydrophilic-coated introducer with a hemostatic valve, designed to facilitate the introduction of diagnostic and therapeutic devices safely and effectively.

Engineered with Oscor’s SureSeal™ valve technology, the Adelante® Magnum minimizes blood loss and air embolism while allowing the insertion of multiple devices and guidewires. The introducer sheath features the proprietary EnSilk hydrophilic coating for superior lubricity and easier vascular access.

Its multi-layer sheath design delivers excellent kink resistance while maintaining flexibility, and the enhanced atraumatic sheath tip includes a radiopaque marker band for accurate positioning under fluoroscopy.
